Overview
Our return and refund policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be new, in original condition, and in the same original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete the return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be made in the following situations:
Any item that has been opened, is damaged, or parts are missing due to circumstances not of our fault.
Any item that is being returned over 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed and checked, we will send you an email with a follow-up of whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If accepted, your refund will be activated, and automatic credit will be given back to your original mode of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Call your credit card company, in case there is a processing delay before the refund is deposited.
Call your bank, since processing time varies.

Sale Items
Refunds are only given on regular-priced merchandise. Sale items are not refundable.
Return Labels
Defective Products (incorrect, broken, or defective due to our error): A return shipping label will be accessible for download/print.
Customer Regret (ordered incorrect product, doesn’t fit, or no longer wanted): Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at info@valvestemcap.com for return information.
Shipping Returns
To receive your product back, please return it with tracking number to the address indicated after contacting us.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customers. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Your exchanged product may take longer to reach you depending on where you are.
For valuable goods, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping option or shipping insurance. We are not liable if we do not get your returned item.
